Stage 1: Rebuild / Powder Coat / New Bellows

Stage 2: Everything in Stage 1 plus New rack lines

Stage 3: Everything in Stage 2 plus New poly rack bushings and AN feed/return fittings

What we expect from you when shipping your rack to us

• PLEASE REMOVE TIE RODS OR ANY RACK LINES YOU WISH TO KEEP BEFORE HAVING THE CORE SENT IN. CORES SUPPLIED MUST NOT BE BENT/ DAMAGED FROM COLLISION

• PLEASE DRAIN YOUR RACK OF AS MUCH FLUID AS YOU CAN

• PLEASE CLEAN YOUR RACK THE BEST YOU CAN. REMOVE AS MUCH DIRT/BUILD UP AS POSSIBLE. THIS SPEEDS UP PROCESSING TIME

• PACKAGE YOUR RACK PROPERLY TO AVOID DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

What you can expect from us while your rack is here for service

• Order is received, checked in and build sheet is verified

• Rack is disassembled, checked for damage (internally / externally)

• Rack main housing and spool valve housing are degreased / hand washed / sand blasted / honed / polished

• Rack internals are degreased / hand washed / wire wheeled / polished

• Rack main shaft is check for straightness / inner tie rod threads chased

• Rack is reassembled with new components, backlash set, re-greased and pressure tested for leaks / performance

• Rack is packaged up and returned once process is complete
